We offer four different materials that may be used for custom baseball jerseys:

• Tackle Twill, a 100% polyester twill material that is professionally sewn
• Braiding, a 100% polyester knit braid that is professionally sewn
• Heat Press Twill, which looks like Tackle Twill (has a sewn appearance) but is professionally applied using a heat transfer process
• Vinyl Heat Press, a flat vinyl material that looks like screen printing but is professionally applied using a heat transfer process

For custom baseball jerseys and custom pants we offer six different printing locations:
