They do fit an adult head but a bit above the ears. And for our bigger headed players, they said it's kind of small on them. I'm not sure if they know how to wear a snap back, but that was just their feedback. I like the quality, it is exactly what I thought it would be, except for fitting a little high above the ears. Other than that, this was a great purchase.
