Good quality product. I ordered 2 pairs of these pants. They mistakenly only sent 1 pair. I called customer service. They were friendly, helpful and responsive. They completed their internal investigation within 24 hours and followed-up with me with an answer via email. I received the other pair within 48 hours. I wish all my interactions with a customer service department were as professional and courteous.
