Fit: For leg guard size, measure from center of the kneecap to bottom of shin. Tighten straps around the back of the legs for a secure but comfortable fit. The first cap should fit over knee cap, and any additional caps should extend over upper knee and thigh area. Check squatting position to make certain that the guard still fits closely to knee and shin.
