Very nice. Adjusts easy. Cooling tech makes it cool to wear in 100 degrees. Excellent protection. Have taken shots from 10-16 year olds and hardly felt anything. Not even a bruise the next day. Great product and more protection then a normal vhest protector with the whole bicep being covered.

Not much mobility at all with this CP. Very hard to raise arms in this CP. Been wearing it around house hoping to break it in a little or figure out how to adjust for better fit.

Nice unit but the plastic tie that holds the shoulder section in place broke the 2nd time I used it.
