I really liked these. The waist band is almost like a pair of 80s sweatpants - thick elastic waistband with A LOT of stretch. The elastic is visible, not sewn in - They have the appearance of the fold-down kind when worn. The faux fly makes them look like pricier pants. Material is not as "silky" as some to the touch, but for the price, the look and comfort is great.
