Description:
The System 7™ leg guards are super lightweight, breathable, and durable and are designed to fit great, take abuse, and be super comfortable. Large perforated padding and vented shins help the player's legs breathe. The DeltaFlex™ harness pre-crosses the straps to keep the back of the knee free and prevent leg guards from shifting.
Throughout the plates, All-Star took note of the areas which take the most abuse, such as the knees, and made the plastic thicker. The shape of the knee plate has been designed for stable motion. Catchers need a stable base for blocking balls and also need maneuverability while on the knees. The shin plates have 10 ventilation ports and have been designed to be customizable. The plastic is moldable, meaning if you like wearing them snug, you can squeeze the walls to bring them in. If you want them looser, flex the shin plates outward. D30® impact technology has been incorporated into the Patella Plus™ adjustable knee pads. This gel has an extended life compared to the original Patella Plus pad and also provides more cushion and support. Padding which cradles the knee is critical to limit the common bruising on the inside of catcher's knees. Removable and machine washable lined padding had been placed in the shin as well. Specific to the left and right shins, the padding not only increases the protection level, but also lets the catcher customize his leg guards fit by adjusting the positioning of the pad.

Awesome. Just Awesome. I see why so many pros wear these. The knee gel in these things is great. No bruising after my last game. They are a little stiff when first out of the bag, but work them in and spend some time getting the fit right and you'll forget you're wearing them as the game goes on.
