All seats use 9 5/8" x 1 3/4" anodized aluminum planking. Walk planks are 9 5/8" x 1 3/4" mill finished aluminum planking. Double walk planks are use on all seat elevation with vertical kick boards at all levels. In addition,bleacher configurations above 30" have opening of less then 4". Basic framing up to six seat tiers is all WELDED structural steel angle with bolted cross bracing to improve bleacher strength for end shift loads. Add on frames for 7-8 and 9-10 seat levels are fully welded, bolt-on extensions. Framing is spaced on six feet centers. Treated 2 x 4 wood runners are bolted to the bottom of each frame to provide improve stability on soft surfaces. Rubber floor protectors may be substituted as per customer requirements. Safety rails using steel vertical slats are installed as per the recommendations of the IBC 2002 guidelines for bleachers with surfaces above 30". All steel construction is powder coat painted normally black. Additional colors are available with orders of 5 or more-any combination of bench or bleacher by this manufacturer.

Any bleacher 21' and over bleacher frames ONLY can be painted. Planks cannot be painted.

Bleachers ship within 10 working days of placed order.
Bleachers with custom paint will ship within 15 working days of placed order.
Lead time for 27' Bleachers: 4-6 weeks.
