Double first base shall be made of highly durable rubber for long lasting use. The double first base will have a honeycomb structure to provide cushioning. The base will be held in place by two rubber anchor posts and two steel base anchor sleeves. The base anchor sleeves shall be steel and zinc plated for rust resistance. The base anchor sleeves shall accept a 1-1/2" square post 6" long. The base anchor sleeves shall have two fins to anchor it in the earth and have a hinged lid to keep debris out when the bases are not in place.
