The Xenith X1 Batting Helmet features Xenith's patented Adaptive Head Protection, the same technology used in Xenith's renowned X1 Football Helmet. The X1 provides the best protection available, in a product that looks great and feels great. The X1 has a sleek, traditional appearance, with modern styling and outstanding ventilation.

Featuring Xenith Adaptive Head Protection: The Xenith X1 Batting Helmet provides superior fit and comfort by adapting to the head. The X1's Aware-Flow shock absorbers are custom tuned for specific locations in the helmet, providing optimal protection for baseball and softball players. There are strategically tuned shock absorbers which adapt to the hit, enabling it to pass the NOCSAE Standard for baseball and softball batting helmets without the need for an oversized shell.

The X1's unique Shock Bonnet suspension system allows for greater air circulation, which keeps players cool. Its interior components are antimicrobial, which reduces the spread of lice, mold, and infections. Unlike other batting helmets, the interior components in the Xenith X1 Batting Helmet are made of TPU, which is an antimicrobial material that can be easily cleaned.

I bought this helmet for my 9 year old son and he loves it. Unlike the helmets that have foam padding on the inside this helmet is adjustable and very comfortable. He loves it.
