Very easy to install in helmet. Has adhesive velco pads that you put in helmet and then apply padding where needed

The kit consists of 2 side pads. They make the helmet snug and eliminate the helmet bobble completely. The adhesive seems to stick well, we'll see how it lasts, but overall very happy. Good price, arrived on time.
