These kits have been great for our Junior umpire program. We have restarted our efforts to recruit umpires as our older adults retired and targeted our older baseball players to come out and officiate. We bought several of these sets for them to use as they learned being behind the plate and we now have a good group of umpires that are effectively protected and equipped.
