The were the most comfortable & cutest socks for the 4th of July. My Girls loved them & the price was great too.

They are not really "over the calf" socks, maybe "almost over the calf" - luckily our 10U girls don't wear the knicker pants yet, so they work, but I don't think they would work for softball if you have shorter pants. They are thick, good for Fall/Spring.
