| What is Tackle "Twill"? |
| Tackle Twill is a technique that uses numbers, letters, or image based shapes cut from polyester or nylon fabric. The tackle twill appliqués are attached to the selected garment or banner with an adhesive backing that tacks them in place. The edges are then finished with zig-zag stitch embroidery of the same color. This is the most sturdy and long lasting form of uniform customization, and is the method used by most professional sports teams. |
